Feltham College has been graded Outstanding by Ofsted in Reach Academy Feltham’s recent inspection. The report states that ‘sixth form students model positive behaviour to younger children’ and that ‘they are taught to feel optimistic about their futures.’
Reach Academy Feltham received a judgement of Outstanding in all six categories under inspection:
– Sixth form provision
– Quality of education
– Behaviour and attitudes
– Personal development.
– Leadership and management
– Early years provision
The full inspection took place on 24th and 25th September 2024 and found that ‘as pupils get older, they are expected to become more independent and responsible for their own learning. They benefit from high-quality learning opportunities within a culture of care. Pupils get the right help to consistently meet the high expectations staff have of them.’

We see this reflected in our great results and the strong relationships formed between our teachers and pupils.
“We’re incredibly proud of our sixth form students, their dedication to their learning and ambition for their future really shone through during the inspection process.”
– Gabbie Bristow, Director of Feltham College.

Reach Schools are committed to providing all pupils with the skills, attributes and academic qualifications they need to go on to enjoy lives of choice and opportunity. While our exam and coursework results speak for themselves, it is also our priority to ensure that our pupils are happy, safe and considerate of others. This is why Ofsted’s comment on our school culture was so encouraging to read:
‘Everyone, from the nursery to sixth form, is kept happy and safe. Pupils are rightly very proud to be a member of this unique community. Children and pupils learn early on to conduct themselves maturely and with a deep respect for other people.’
